Q1. Where do you import castings, forgings and fabrications from?

A1. All castings, forgings and fabrications are exclusively imported from India only.

Q2. How do you select the manufacturing units?

A2. With our comprehensive experience in supplying custom manufactured spares for various industries we have selected manufacturing units based on their special niche for the product as well as for their capability to honour the order quantity.

Q3. What is the delivery time?

A3. It would depend on the product intricacy and the order volume. Typically tooling takes 3 to 4 weeks and production takes another 3 to 4 weeks. Add sea freight time of 3 to 4 weeks to these times. Total delivery time would be 9 to 12 weeks. For urgent orders we can also offer air freight deliveries.

Q4. Are there special procedures for sample approvals before bulk production begins?

A4. Yes. Each manufacturing unit has a stringent system for approving the product for both chemical and physical properties before bulk production is authorized. Special requests for Non Destructive Testing can also be provided as specified.

Q5. Do you provide certificates for material and quality?

A5. Yes we can provide chemical composition certificates as well as physical properties certificates. If you require we can also have reputed independent inspection agencies like Lloyds authorize these certificates – for which there would be additional costs.

Q6. Are all the manufacturing units ISO:9000 certified?

A6. Yes all the manufacturing units are ISO:9000 certified.

Q7. What is the maximum size of castings you can supply?

A7. We can supply castings from a few pounds to 10000lbs plus and over. Order batches can be from a few pieces to hundreds or thousands of pieces.

Q8. Can you offer value added services too?

A8. Yes we can offer value added services like CNC machining, surface hardening, anodizing and if required number etching on each part too.

Q9. Do you provide special packing requirements?

A9. Yes we can provide you with any specific packing requirements you may have. Normally machined surfaces are sprayed with a thin oil film and as cast surfaces can be painted to your specifications. Product is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
